Agency/Organization/Business Membership Advantages

Agency/Business/Organization (AOB) level members may register up to five (5) of your employees/volunteers at the discounted member rate. That’s a potential savings of $80-$400. In addition, your $240 annual membership dues includes: up to five employees/volunteers receive individual member benefits for a full year, including a subscription to the Natural Areas Journal, Natural Area News newsletter, and a log-in to our new website so that they can access members-only features such as the online Journal and membership directory. Registration Fees & Cancellations

A full refund less a $75 administrative fee will be honored only for requests received on or before Monday, Sept. 25, 2017. No refunds after Sept. 25; however, substitutions are allowed at any time. Written notice of cancellation must be emailed to Michelle Marquart or faxed to (217) 333-9561 in order for a refund to be issued.

In the unlikely event that this event is cancelled or postponed due to insufficient enrollments or unforeseen circumstances, registration fees will be refunded in full. However, neither the conference, the NAA, and/or the University of Illinois is responsible for any other expenses, including cancellation or change charges assessed by airlines, hotels, travel agencies, or other organizations.
